With many years of experience in management, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngan Ha has made a mark in many foreign-invested projects in Vietnam, such as the sanitation improvement and upgrade project for Tan Hoa-Lo Gom Canal under PMU415, the construction project of the Blackwater Biology Lake under PMU415, the third-level infrastructure upgrade project for Can Tho under VUUP Can Tho, and the Dong Nai River Basin Management Project under ADB.

Mrs. Ngan Ha also served as the Head of Administration Department of TN Group Corporation.

With her meticulous, calm, and highly professional personality, as well as her positive attitude towards work and passion for her job, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngan Ha has made significant contributions to the operation and development of the company, earning the trust of customers and partners and being loved by colleagues and employees.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Buu Tran

Mr. Tran Ngoc Buu Tran is a calm and meticulous manager who constantly learns and adopts advanced technologies from developed countries around the world. He regularly takes on industrial projects with strict technological requirements, which is why the projects he is responsible for always achieve superior quality and receive high satisfaction from the investors.

As a passionate and disciplined person who is also approachable and caring towards colleagues, and always focuses on training, building, and connecting the team, he has trained a workforce that inherits a systematic mindset and the ability to research advanced technological techniques, contributing to the increasingly strong development of Hoang Ha.

Mr. Ho Viet Linh

Deputy General Director

Graduating as a Mechanical Engineer of the 82nd cohort at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Mr. Ho Viet Linh has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been in charge of many projects related to equipment installation in foreign-invested companies in Vietnam.

He was in charge of technical maintenance for the production lines of medical cotton at ZUIKO (Japan), production lines of sanitary napkins at BICMA, and packaging machines at OPTIMA (Germany) in Bach Tuyet Cotton Joint Stock Company. He was also in charge of installation of the Debarker-Chipping/Mat forming/Pre-press/Conti-Roll/Cooling-Stacking Line/Sanding Line stages of the production line for Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) at SIEMPELKAMP (Germany) in Kien Giang MDF Plant, organized the construction and installation of the detergent production line at the new NET detergent factory, repaired, replaced, and installed equipment for the production line of Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) at Kim Tin MDF Plant.

With his expertise, technical knowledge, and extensive management experience, he provided accurate assessments, minimized risks, and made significant contributions to the success of the projects throughout the strong development journey of Hoang Ha until today.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van Ha

Advisor

As an Associate Professor and PhD in Environmental Management and Technology, affiliated with the University of Natural Resources and Environment in Ho Chi Minh City, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van Ha has high expertise in the field of environmental management (urban, rural, and natural resource management). Especially in the ability to analyze the environment, environmental economics, ecology, environmental monitoring, environmental risk management, and environmental impact assessment research.

With experience working in many countries such as Japan, the United States, Switzerland, Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan, and many provinces and cities in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Long An, Can Tho, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, An Giang, and Kien Giang), Mrs. Van Ha has contributed many important opinions to the development and expansion of the business activities of Hoang Ha Company.

As an Advisor to the Executive Board, she is responsible for advising, coordinating, and participating in various environmental projects such as water resource management projects (reservoirs, rivers, canals), river basin management, water quality monitoring and control, industrial and urban environmental management, ecological industry, ecological urban areas, urban biomass, agricultural and industrial pollution control, solid waste management, sanitary landfill sites, and land use planning, soil quality analysis and management, erosion assessment, and other related environmental projects.

Thanks to her professionalism, high expertise, and extensive experience, Ms. Van Ha has contributed significantly to the growth and success of Hoang Ha Company in the field of environmental management. The company has made great strides and established its position in the industry, thanks in part to her invaluable contributions.
