Responsibilities:

Job duties include implementing installation work at the construction site or in the factory (planning, monitoring, and management), specifically as follows:

  • Organizing and managing construction activities at the construction site
  • Creating a construction organization plan, and management plan, and ensuring safety and hygiene at work to submit to the customer for approval
  • Creating specific processes for each task or group of tasks
  • Creating inspection procedures and ensuring quality
  • Ensuring safety and security at the construction site
  • Proposing materials and equipment during the construction process
  • Receiving and checking the quantity and quality of input materials/equipment (including those supplied by the customer, from the factory, or other Hoang Ha suppliers).
  • Creating a quality and quantity acceptance record.
  • Updating construction logs and reports. Creating completion records and quantity settlements with the customer, team, or subcontractor.
  • Settling warehouse and construction costs.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments during contract execution.
  • Other tasks related to construction at the construction site.
  • The job may require business travel.
Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: Between 25 and 35 years old
  • Education: College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Equipment.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in project management, machining, and installation in the field of mechanical construction (installation of industrial equipment, process pipelines, tanks, mechanical processing, and equipment structures).
  • Additional skills: Negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work independently, expertise in professional knowledge and organization of construction at the construction site, knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and industrial hygiene, careful and progressive.
