On the afternoon of June 9, at the Department of Industry and Trade, Hoang Ha Production Construction Trading Co., Ltd. had a working session with the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Vo Van Chieu along with leaders of relevant provincial departments and branches on technology waste incineration to generate electricity.
At the meeting, the representative of Hoang Ha company introduced the technology of burning waste to generate electricity that the company currently owns; At the same time, he expressed his desire to cooperate and invest in a waste incineration treatment plant to generate electricity in Soc Trang province.
Accordingly, leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade also informed the company about a number of projects in the province that are currently calling for investment, including the draft planning of the Power Plant Project using solid waste. , with a capacity of 15MW; Expected waste treatment capacity is 420 tons/day; This project is expected to be located in Phu My commune, My Tu district (Soc Trang). It is expected that after the project is approved, the Department of Industry and Trade will advise the Provincial People's Committee to announce the project for bidding to select investors to implement the project according to regulations.
On the same day, the board of directors of Hoang Ha Company also conducted a survey of landfills in Bac Lieu and Soc Trang provinces.
